Can someone help me get over my fear of getting a physical?

what do i do i need to get a full body physical but i scared can someone help me get over this thanks?

its usually not that invasive. You will have a female,male doctor depending on your sex. They will check your breathing, your heart, your weight + height etc and they may see if everything is in good working order, if you know what i mean. Doctors have seen it all before, it’s nothing new to them. I wouldnt be imbarresed or scared at all :)

Are you like scare that it will be a boy because your a girl and he might touch you in ways you don’t want to? Then there is nothing to worry about, because ussualy they will send you with a doctor of the same sex. Also phisicals only consist of vitals, weight, blood pressure, tempeture, height, vision, hearing,and sometimes blood test and sometimes your ability to bend and stuff like that, nothing scary realy.
