please somebody help its getting unbearable
hmmm if I might take a blind shot at this:
you might have herniated discs in your cervical and lumbar vertebrae (or if I may dumb it down, the vertebra in your neck and your lower back) this is when the soft material between the vertebra is pushed out and its touching your sciatic nerve (which should explain the knee pains, a common sign of lumbar hernia)
and the blocked sinuses and headaches would be caused by the cervical disc hernia
you should immediately ask for an MRI or CAT scan its the only way you will know for sure...
even if its not hernia its DEFINITELY a problem with the spinal cord
you have to immediately do something before its too late...

first off this isnt a joke you dont just tell someone to go to datelines or check out a useless application that does nothing to help.
secondly its sad to see, you actually are being serious... and frankly there is better advice to give than "check on-line", please educate yourselves
I was watching dateline a few weeks ago about someone who was in so much pain she couldnt walk go to datelines website and look back untill you find what your looking for or web md?
you need to convince the doctors that something is wrong just have them take tons of x rays because if your back is hurting its really bad
I'm sorry... :[
Anyway, I'd probably do what sisterfeather said, get some xrays
Google "WebMD Symptom Checker" :] It's very helpful
