i am totaly damaged since my ex broked up with me,we know each other from 10 years,but now we ever never talk, i cant stop thinking of her.she is dating one rich boy.i dont want her back but somehow i still love her,i want to forget about her,am upset from 6 month guyz please help me

i know im a girl, how much help can that be but. stop looking back, go places and do stuff with good friends, go adventuring, its always fun i promise. like rock climbing or playing in a stream, i know it sounds odd, but it works, after i while you’ll get your own two feet back. I’ve been there too buddy :/

well if it just happened, give it like a week. a business week. Then go for a walk, near some boards where people post little advertisments for singing lessons, etc. Take a few of those ads and inqure about them.

Time heals everything. Just move on with your life. Don’t think about that person. Find new hobbies or do something you love to do and don’t think about the old memories whether its good or negative.

its going to take alot of time and effort to just forget.. remove all memories, no sad songs, go out with friends, socialize with people, try not to stay home too much.. and when u do, try to keep urself from thinking about that person.. its going to be hard, but you can do it.. all the best for you :) good luck

Man, I am hurting too. It’s been exactly a year ago and sometimes I even want to drive by her house. I can’t get over her either. But I can’t have her back so I know I hafta chock it up as a failure. It’s done. I have to tell myself this. Suck it up, thanks for sharing, walk it off, shake yourself off like a dog and move on to the next one.

You just gotta give it time. It’s hard, VERY hard but it’s the only ting to do. I know how it feels. I Dated my best friend and we were the “perfect” couple and we were in love but some stuff happened and now he hates me so I have o live with loving him even though he hates me. I tried EVERYTHING I can think of to get over him and move on but it wont go away. TIME.TIME.TIME is the key(: Good Luck!

i was in love with someone for 3 years and honestly they made my life an emotional hell. i thought my life was completely over!! i moved away and he said in our home town, so i didnt see him for a year.. and after that year i was still inlove with him.. but luckly for me after two years of grief i finally got over him. i can honestly say that i didnt think i was ever going to be able to say i dont love him anymore but i guess its true what they say.. “time heals all wounds” :D

you never forget them you just learn to deal,and try to move on,i really fell hard for this guy but he didn’t catch me,so now with the help of my friends i am learning to move on
