Who knows if its forbidden for a Muslim girl to date or have sex with another religion before marriage?

Im arguing with my cuzin, she thinks its nott; i reallly do believe the sex thing is forbidden, bt i dont believe the dating thing

well, my neighbor says she cant unless shes married..

I am muslim girl…according to (sharia)law of Islam girls cant have any relationship and romance with men before marriage…but lots of people do it so.

my mates checkin/sexually active with this bird call randip. shes muslim and hes white and atheist. i think in the end it boils down to giving a crap what other family members think. shes doesnt disrespect them she just doesnt agree with all these muslim rules.

Technically the sex before marriage is forbidden no matter what religion the guy is. And technically the marriage thing is forbidden to a non muslim. But this is like asking who knows if catholics arent allowed to use birth control, have abor.tions, or get divorced. It means very little in practicality. Some people will follow it and some wont.

The dating thing is actually forbidden. She is right. Once a Muslim girl tells her parents she has met a guy they will immediately start making wedding arrangements with the parents (I have various muslim people studying with me and the conclusion is about the same)

my mom knows about me dating , but shes says its not bad to date as long as we dont do anything wrong like sex.

But you aren’t muslim. I know that they can be very stright, but like ty pointed out, it depends on the family.

i am muslim, i just dont look it. & thats a problem i have, no one believes im muslim when i go to school for muslims girls on saturday and sunday.

Then if you are muslim why did you ask the question? Surely if you are muslim you should know it.

ahh, ur embarrassed rn’t u? dont ask me why..my neighbor goes to Saturdays and Sundays school but when i see her cuz (Starbucks is close to there) shes always covering her face from people realizing who she is..

it is forbidden to date or having sex before marriage.but as far as i know…dating is a forgivable sin where as sex is not.i am also dating but i won’t go for sex bcz it is an unforgivable sin to show the body or go for sex being unmarried.and marriage is also compulsory for a muslim.even i hv seen many families whr the girls r not allowed to meet anyone of the opposite gender after adulthood except father and brother (it is so in the religion).so after all it all comes back how much YOU follow ur religion.so ppl will differ at this point.

It is forbidden for Muslim girls AND boys to have sex with ANYONE, irregardless of their religion before marriage. Yes, lots of people do it, but if they are doing it they aren’t real Muslims, you can’t be a Muslim and do these things. Also, it’s not just a “Muslim rule” it is a Jewish and Christian/ Catholic rule as well..
