What's this liquid stuff on my panties?
its about my downstares… there is this liquid stuff that I have been noticing on my panties. is it normal? it kinda smells and its embarrasing. what is it? why is it happening? what do I do? can I get rid of it? im a 14 year old girl who has no mom and lives with her so called “dad” and hates him. I need help!
Yeah its probably your body telling you your about to start your period if you haven’t already started.
Its just a way of cleaning your body before you start.
Welcome to women-hood! That’s totally normal and is new to girls normally around your age. It’s called *discharge. Your system (body) is being cleaned and this happens right before you get your period. You can wear panti-liners (very thin/small pads you stick on your underwear). Change it every few hours and that eliminates the odor and makes you feel fresh. It’s all apart of growing up. For example: your boobs hurt when they were growing. You can’t get rid of it and it’s as normal as breathing so no worries…
