hi my name is joanne I'm just wondering im doing this project on Anorexic I just want to know what do you give Anorexic people for a dessert and for dinner, lunch, snack thnk you
Anorexic people = those who have the disease, anorexia nervosa. If you could, feed them pasta, vegetables, and some protein - at least 300-500 calories for dinner.
For breakfast, try wheat bread, some fruit, and yogurt, again, aiming for 300-500 calories. A glass of OJ & a glass of milk on the side would be good.
For lunch, aim for a sandwich or similar with whole wheat bread, onion, tomato, lettuce, cheese, and some kind of meat like turkey which is low in fat.
For snack, try oatmeal, raisins, granola bars, etc. For a dessert, go for cheesecake, something really high in calories, because if they ARE anorexic, they need the extra calorie intake to start healing their bodies from all the suffering they've been putting themselves through.
well when i had an eating disorder try light things and some days wen i couldent i drank slim fast drinks i no i no im not slimming but they have alot of nutrients in then its not a solution its just to help sometimes and babanas alot of energy in them i hope it all goes well xxx
