Food poisoning or virus?
Last night I felt nauseous when I went to sleep. Then a few hours later I ran to the bathroom and threw up a few times. Then after that I felt fine, but I get a little dizzy when I stand up. Is this food poisoning or a virus?
I think it is a virus. If it was real food poisoning you would be in the bathrrom all the time! I had the same thing a few weeks back, some kinda 24 hr bug, I would’nt worry to much unless your symptoms get worse.
those are pretty vague symptoms if those problems keep plauging you see your doctor asap if its serious food poisoning youll need your stomach pumped and if its a virus youll need antibiotics so see a doc no matter what
Its hard to diagnose one or the other. I would honestly say it sounds more like a virus or the stomach flu than food poisoning as food poisoning generally involves the consumption of contaminated food that does not hesitate to reveal itself a short time later. The symptoms you are describing - sound more like a virus. But again, no one can diagnose you but your doctor.
