Food addiction

Hi my names alisha and I think I have an addiction to food. I eat even when im fool and im not hungry because I love food. Im afraid if I continue overeating im going to become overweight and I may be. I just saw a picture of me on facebook and I saw these massive thighs and I was discusted. I think altogether I’ve put on 10 kilos since last year. I used to weigh around 54 kilos now I think im around 65. I want to lose weight and eat less but I dont know how to, please help!

the best and healthiest way to loose weight is first mental you have to want to and when you reach for some junk food think about eating something healthy instead, you can even write it on your hand so you remeber. Then you will realize that when you eat more healthy food your not as hungry and you should start some kind of excersize, swimming, tennis, running, anything that works for you! I do dance and it keeps me thin and toned you might want to look into that.

and dont stress!! a lot of times if you stress about your weight it doesnt help at all! just do the simple things and you will start to loose weight and be healthy but dont stress about how much weight you’ve gained because from year to year your going to get taller and “develop” so that goes into the equation of weight gain so dont stress about it.

Well Im 14 years Old And I Know When Im Inside Just Watching T.v Or Something I Get Really Bored And For Some Odd reason I Start Eating Like Quite a lot Even When Im Not Hungry Sometimes But When Im Out With Mates I dOnt Even Think About Food And Dont Become That Hungry…So Maybe You Just Eat Becasue Your Getting Bored Try Going Out With Mates More Often Or If Your Interested In Anything Like Acting, Singing, Dancing Or Just Anything Maybe You Could Join A Club So Your Focus Is Not On Any Food Its On Your Goals Or Just Having A Fun Time…Because I’m 14 I’m In A Size 6 Pair Of Jeans And I Do Often Worry About Becoming Overweight But Im Most Likely Not Too Because Most Of My Family Are Skinny Build And Have Been Skinny Ever Scince I Was Young, But Worrying Doesnt Help…I Hope Yu Find This Helpfull..x
