Avoid fast foods & outdoor foods. Eat nutritious food i.e. protein, vitamin, minerals, proportionate carbs and fat balanced food. Regular exercise will add health to your hairs. Avoid stress, drinks, smokings etc.
Just eat healthy and balanced in general. You can put a mix of oatmeal and mayonnaise on your hair, it helps it grow and become shiny.
