  Superglue! I cant tell you how many pairs of shoes i have superglued because i refused to throw them away. It holds for good couple of weeks and if it comes loose you just superglue it again. You could take them by a shoe repair shop....but its cheaper to just superglue them.

  maybe sew it up ? or you could get shoe repairing glue... that might work!
