i work at night and am going to start school in Jan,?
As a parent you have to make this sacrifice, I see you are rather young, and I always try to tell the teens I work with that raising a child is a lot of work, and it always seems that while young mothers are very responsible, young me a lot of the time aren't forcing most of the burden on the women. Also keep it up girl, it does get better with time, and your child will become less depended on you for entertainment, sometime to the point where you wish you could revers time so they did need you more.
The joys of parenthood. You'll be tired for the next 18 years, but its worth it. You learn to nap when your kid naps, and somehow find the energy to go on 3 hours of sleep. Being a parent it tiring but you dont want those years to pass you by and you dont want to miss your little ones milestones. Its even harder when your a young parent trying to balance school, work, and your home life. Just keep your head up and keep the fridge stocked with energy drinks lol.
take him to a park or just go ona drive. you dont have to do anything fancy to show that you love him. you can cut out somethings that yo ulike to do that is not that important or maybe even ask for a day off work
the thing is not really a burden , yeah am tired and then am 'ugh prince go to sleep" but then i think about him being older and i want to cherish the time we have wich is why i want to find more time
You have to make time, this will usually cast you sleep. There are only so many hours in the day, I remember when I was in college, I would get sometimes as little as 2 to 5 hours a sleep a night.
yeah i know it already is i work at night so i sleep in the morning but my baby wakes up and starts crying so i have to get up and feed him and play with him until he gets tired again
That is great and you should always cherish the time, it will go by fast and then you are old and all your kids are grow and you want things back the way they where.
Be careful with the energy drinks, I ended up in the hospital with signs of a mild heart attack cause of them at the age of 28.
yeah i know time goes by super fast i feel like jus yesterday he was born and hes already 3months
make a daily plan and prioritise as much as possible to give you more time with your little 1 :)
I agree u must set aside time, which means loseing sleep, but u won't regret it, I didnt
Next you will see him off to school, then he will be asking for the keys to the car.
