Where do you live ?

Answer #2

Scotland

Answer #3

Most developed countries have places that will do low cost mental health care or on a sliding scale (basically it depends on how much you earn). The only problem that you might run into is your age. I have no idea what the laws are where you come from. Call up any sort of hospital that has a mental health care facility, explain your situation and ask for numbers. They’re your best resource. There will be therapists who do things pro bono, there will be health care facilities that do things on a sliding scale, and there are training universities that sometimes have low pay clinics.
