Is it possible to find a commercial for a small clothing store made in the late 1980s?

My mother was in a commercial for a not well known clothing store sometime in the late 1980s and I wanted to know if it is possible to find commercials that go back that late.

Probabaly not, saying its a small clothing store means a smaller business, less money to advertise. These days maybe you would find one since advertising is becoming cheaper and easier but i dont think you would find one in the 1980s. Your best bet is to youtube the name of the store, and the year you want to search. Or google it. :) xx

You could go and visit your major public library and go through their archived newspapers. Guarantee you will find some advertisements by the small businesses……LOL, mixcherie, being a small business does not mean they do not have money to advertise their business even if it was in the 1980s. Same businesses, if money is tight, can still take out ads without any nice photos or pictures to keep the cost down. Newspaper advertisements are way cheaper then television or radio advertisements even back in the 1980s and in 2010.
