I need help figuring out what to eat while doing Hot Yoga?

So I do Hot Yoga 5-6 times a week. I really want to start limiting my calories as much as possible so that I can drop weight relevently fast. I know its not the healthiest way but it s what works for me. I just need help figuring out what the least amount of caloric intake I can have per day without it being dangerous to me. I really want to have like 500 calories-day, but Im afraid of feeling sick during Hot Yoga. Please help and please no lectures about how its unhealthy. Thanks! (:

If your going to do that you should do a little more calories and do the 800 calories for two days and then 1200 one day and you just repeat that. It’ll help your body not go into starvation mode. To help you keep track of your calories and weight loss and your work outs if you have a smart phone you can download an app called my fitness pal. You should also try doing some more activity other than yoga, that’ll help a lot.
