What have you been doing? Are your fingers starting to become all red, hot and a bit swollen? If it’s due to lifting groceries or weight lifting - where you’ve had a tight grip on a certain amount of weight then you’re use to, don’t worry about it, it’s normal. It’s something like your hands falling asleep. Run them under a bit of cold water then just stretch your fingers and massage your hands, you’ll be ok within 15mis or so :)

If it is a temporary feeling after your hands were used a lot such as what Butterfly suggests, then it is normal. If it is tingling burning that occurs without a reason, see a doctor for evaluation. I had that for a year or so and just would shake my hands and it would fade away. Finally it got so bad that it would wake me up from sleep, and I went to a doctor. I had bad, bad carpal tunnel. The doctor said that if I had waited a few more months I would have lost the ability to fully open my hand. The swelling caused by the carpal tunnel not only was causing the burning sensation, but was also shutting down the blood flow to my thumb muscles, and they were starting to die!!! This was not an overnight occurrence, but if any condition continues for months on end, get it checked out. Good Luck!!
