I'm not sad either, I'm just, like, no emotions allot of the time
Depression, circumstances which aren't good, bad nutrition, too much sleep. Lack of iron and vitamin B in your diet. There can be a lot of reasons for it. I felt like that while I was on anti-depressants, believe it or not and feel like that now because I have exams coming up and I'm tired and my vitamin B levels are low. I suggest seeing a doctor to rule out any medical problems.
Depression? It kills. It's the worst feeling in the world :/ What I did when I was depressed was go out with friends and hangout and laugh as much as possible. and I always use to watch comidies and stand up comedians lmfao (;
The empty feeling - the numb one. I know what you're talking about, I used to get it all the time ... I'm just not sure what causes it or how to get rid of it. Maybe seeing a doctor or specialist would help if you asked...
Oh, and if you're depressed I just heard today through a friend that apparently vitamin B6 works good for it ...
i had that for a few months. it went away. i might occasionally get it but not as bad as few months.
