Is it normal to be depressed, then happy, then depressed again?

Is it normal to feel depressed for a short period of time without a trigger, then feel happy after a while then feel depressed again? This has happend to me for a long time, and half the time i feel depressed there isn’t like a ‘trigger’ for feeling depreesed.

Is there something deep down that’s bothering you? It could be the foods you’re eating… Maybe you should excersize more, that tends to make people feel energized and happy. Maybe you’re bipolar?

It does happen to lots of people for lots of different reasons, Some are serious, some are not. I know why it can happen to me because of where I’ve been. But you are very young, and If this becomes a problem for ya, please don’t let it go, talk to someone and find out what’s up with ya ok.

Its normal. I go through this too it only happens every so often tho. Try reading romance novels they help lol i know it sounds weird but it helps

It could be bipolar disorder. Research it and decide if the symtoms apply to you, then talk about it with your doctor - there are treatments and medications available for you to help you get better! (:
