Why do I feel faint all the time?

It usually happens when I get up from my bed after laying or sitting, or staring at my laptop screen for a while.

Answer #1

I have the same problem. Focusing on the computer to long can cause headaches and being light headed. When you get out of bed relax your eyes. Don’t jump up really fast or you’ll get light head and feel dizzy.

Answer #2

Also a lot of the time if you get up to fast the blood rushes to your head. That makes me dizzy too.

Answer #3

Standing or raising the elevation of your head and torso quickly causes a short and fast drop in your blood pressure causing you to feel dizzy and occasionally pass out… easy way to avoid this is to stand or sit up slower though personally i kinda enjoy the dizzy feeling for a few seconds 0_0

Answer #4

Yeah me too, I like the dizzy feeling and going blind for a few minutes, kinda addicting if you ask me.

Answer #5

Answer #6

Answer #7

Dizziness is sometimes a sign of low blood pressure. if its only when rising sitting or laying down to quickly it is known as postural hypotension just a hint not sure though.. try drinking more fluids if you dont do so now, rise slowly. do you check your blood pressure?
