Why do i feel dizzy and lightheaded all of a sudden ?

Um, did you stand up too fast??? As long as it doesn’t happen constantly, ur good. Like i had to go to the hospital like a few weeks ago and get an EKG and my blood drawn cuz i had dizziness spells and they thought that it waz my birthmark but it turns out i need more salt b/c my hear rate’s too slow, but i don’t think that’s the case here…

it can be a number of reasons for it..

  1. dehydration
  2. malnourished
  3. a head trauma
  4. issues with your eyes
  5. if you are a diabetic (it has no age difference)might have a drop in sugar
  6. low blood pressure

unfortunately we are not doctors & cant give you a real diagnosis… the best advice I can give you is to contact your doctor ASAP and get some blood work done, perhaps they may find out what happened & how to prevent it from happening in the future!

It was due to low blood pressure when it happened to me.
