Why does it feel like i cant breathe deep enough?
ive had a cold for a little over a week now and i went to the doctor and they just said it was a cold but today i wa sout in the cold so i think i might of gotten more sick but it feels like i cant breather deep enough and its kinda frustrating does anyone know why?
the only time i cant ever breathe deep enough was when i had asthma :S maybe get a second opinion from another doctor?
Colds usually come with mucous build up in the lungs and chest which can cause inflammation of your upper-respiratory system, which can cause labored breathing. I suggest getting a medicine that specifically focuses on breaking up mucous such as Mucinex to solve your problem. Talk to your doctor first if you are on any other medications so as not to mix medications which can worsen your problem.
I think this might be my first genuine answer on this website. Hmm.
