What You Need2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered 1 red pepper, halved, seeded 3 green onions 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil 1/2 cup KRAFT Natural Three Cheese Crumbles 3/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing Make ItHEAT grill to medium-high heat.
COOK potatoes in boiling water 10 min. or just until tender; drain.
GRILL potatoes, peppers and onions 10 min. or just until browned, turning occasionally.
PLACE potatoes in bowl. Chop pepper and onions. Add to potatoes with remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Serve warm.
Mine has hardly any ingredients in it, and I serve it on the day at room temperature:
Red skinned potatoes Hellmans mayonnaise An excessive amount of curly parsley, chopped can of corn kernels optional green onions, salt and pepper to taste
Mexican potato salad
Potatos boiled onions and little garlic saute in butter marshrooms saute homemade salsa or jar
mix all together and add avacdo or a new flavor.
salt and pepper and little lemon zest.
I like potato salad with - potatos (of course) - vinegar-oil sauce with salt & pepper - slightly steamed red onions - crispy fried bacon - 1 spoon of spicy mustard
