Might get better answers if you asked under Pets.

MANY dogs get fat tumors when they’re older. There is nothing you can do for that lump unless you want to have it removed. Little dogs don’t do well under anesthesia, and considering she’s already ‘elderly’, I would just let her be. You can slow down its growth by not giving her so many treats. Milk bones are pretty ok, but the compressed/formed rawhide snacks are terrible for dogs. Regular rawhide is better, but still not great for them. Our vet suggested we switch to carrot sticks, and our dogs LOVE them. They see us getting them out of the fridge, think they’re people food, and go crazy for them. :)
