How to lose weight fast
at 164 pounds your are bit overweight
you should first see a doctor and get them to calculate your bmi (body mass index) for your height and age
he/she will tell you what weight range you in and how much you need to loose to be in the healthy weight range
that way he/she can tell ou exactly how much you need to loose
then you need to know that weight loos does NOT happen fast
healthy eating and regular exerscise is the only right way to loose weight
anything else will either damage your health
make you gain all the weight back and then some
or both
and if our not prepared to put in any effort your not going to see any permanent results
so start exerscising
30 minutes a day is whats recomended
and start eating healthy
especially cutting out sod drinks from your diet
and switch them with water, or something like vitamin water
These are some tips which will help you to lose your weight faster:-
1. Eat a high-protein breakfast.
2. Drink water half hour before taking meals.
3. Make your diet weight-loss friendly.
4. Don't take fruit juice and surgery drinks.
5. Drink coffee twice in a day.
6. Eat your food slowly.
