Fasting weight loss?

I have been disabled for over a decade now, and unable to do any excercise. I also have major health concerens such as uncontrolable swings in blood pressure (from normal range to stroke range and back all the time) and tachycardia (racing heart) for no reason along with major gastric issues that keeps me unable to keep medications down.

I have been eating only one small meal a day for years yet still, thanks to my non-existant metabolism, am obese. I cannot even do arm lifts laying down withoug my BP skyrocketing and my heart rate racing. Dr’s do not believe that I eat only one small meal a day and are having trouble finding out what is wrong with me.

Last thursday was the last time I ate anything at all… meaning that I have not eaten now in 7 days and have noticed that the constant stabbing stomach pains, nausea and cramping has gone from a 8 out of 10 on the pain scale to a 6 and though I am definately weaker my BP is just a little more stable.

My question is this… though I know that everyone will say that you should excercise and eat smaller meals and not fast… what about people that CAN’T excercise and already were eating small meals?

I am at a loss… I know that the pain in my stomach is better not eating, but I also know that I am risking things by not eating with my health concerns… any suggestions?

you need to focus on increasing your metabolism that way it would be easier to lose weight You need to drink plenty of water Green tea helps too exercise has to do with that too and eating well BALANCED meals having 5-6 ounces of grains 3-4 servings of fruit and vegetables 3 servings of milk and 4-5 ounces of meat and beans try to avoid all the junk and only eating 1 small meal a day will for sure slow down your metabolism meaning. your body will store everthing you eat as fat and will gain even more weight anytime you eat
