My scale says that I picked up 3kg's over the past week or so. I've been eating healthier and have been getting a LOT more exercise. 8 hours of rigourous caving on sunday. Now is this possibly weight or muscle and is it even possible to put on 3 kg's (which is a hell of a lot) in about a week? My clothes don't feel as tight, but it could be my imagination. Or maybe I need a new scale. (for those of you working in pounds it's 3 X2.2 pounds)
There are honestly too many variables to give an accurate answer, but if you are working out, then you can pretty much guarantee that muscle starts to develop within a few days ... with a rigorous exercise, it's more than possible to put on 3kg in a week.
A few years back when i was regularly exercising very hard, i gained 5 kg's within a month and it's nice to gain perfect body shape without much of fat isn't it? but one has to work very hard for that
Depends on how much you excersize and if your aiming for loosing weight for toning up. It also depends on the diet.
