Skinny jeans, Uggs, and hoodies are good (: Its what I wear. Just get some cute jackets, long sleeved shirts & put them underneath cute little tshirts.

those boots with fur balls on them theyre cute.. coat like I have this ezekiel one its black and pink its cute or get one with a fur hood..seropostle has some cute coats sometimes when its rela cold id wear super thick leggings under my jeans

Cute beanie hats Layers in different colors Scarves can be cute if done right Boots are a plus, above the jeans. Tailored Coats that aren’t bulky or oversized Dresses and Skirts with tights underneath and ballet flats.

Uggs are really cute and warm; I wear them as well. But if you’re going to college, you might want to mix it up a little. So the ideas above are all really good. You can go casual some days by wearing uggs, leggings/skinny jeans, and a sweater or cute top with a coat. Or you can wear leather boots, leggings/jeans, and a cute top and winter coat. (peacoat) If you’re on a budget you can actually find decent at coats forever 21 and they’re really cheap. (waist length)
