Don't do anything like running or sports if you dont want to sweat. A good workout that doesnt require cardiovascular activity is weight lifting, sounds manly i know but use smaller weights and you can do crunches, in my school we have a weight room that we can go into during gym and its perfect if you dont want to sweat. But if you do end up sweating just take a napkin or towel and blot your face with it, never wipe, and re-apply powder or whatever makeup you use.
Cant really prevent that unless u dont do nothin the hole class. But if ur workin out and runnin its gonna happen. Just splash cold water on it after ur done. and do ur make up if u wear any
