Face problems

Ce all the sudden is starting to shine a lot…not in a good way I mean it always look like I put oil on my face or something…and not im breaking a lot now.I don’t know why or have any idea…could it be the food im eating because I eat a lot of junk food everyday maybe it could be that right? No I dont think but if you have a suggestion please give me an answer asap!

puberty?? yes it deff cud b because of your diet. wash your face in the morning with warm water, some sort of clenser, and rinse with cold water 2 close up your pores

there are a number or reasons for having an oily skin or face. first, it has something to do with your genes, if most of your family have this type of skin, the likely that you have inherited it too. second is hormonal imbalance. that’s why some women who are about to menstruate experience skin breakouts. third is diet, if you are fond of chocolates and greasy food, you are most prone to having oily skin. also, other contributing factors are the soaps and facial wash you are using. this is the reason why skin care companies produce products depending on skin types. medications and humid weather are also factors. just wash your face like 3 times a day or as needed with the use of facial wash according to your skin type.if you are a woman/girl, watch out for the cosmetics you are using. avoid the oil based ones.

Wash your face morning and night with a cleanser that says it is designed for oily skin. Dry your face then lightly apply a translucent (one that doesn’t have a distinct colour so isn’t noticeable) powder over your face using a powder brush. This should keep the shine/oil away for a bit longer than if you don’t do it. It is normal for people to have shine/oil to some extent, so don’t worry too much as long as your look after your skin. Eating junk food is very bad for you if you are doing it on a daily basis. It will make you unhealthy and lead to weight problems. Yes it could also be making your skin worse. try to eat healthy unprocessed food and lots of fruits and vegetables when you can. You only have one body - look after it.

Yes it could be because of the foods you are eating! Just try washing your face twice a day..maybe get some cleanser that will dry it out..I suggest Biore Ice cleanser..

and drink more water.
