How do I do my eye liner like this?

You use liquid eye liner or gel eyeliner right on top of your lash line. Just drag it out and give it a tick. Then you can use a normal pencil liner for the bottom or use gel liner right across the bottom lash line. Join it with your top eyeliner so it looks like one at the beginning of the tick. :-)

it’s simple really you apply the eyeliner ( pencil ) to your lower waterline an go from your tearduct to thee end of your lash you can , carry on the line if you want a cat flick .. but if you want to make your eyelashes apear thicker an longer apply the eyeliner to your upper waterline

You will need three different kinds of eyeliner. White eyeliner, black eyeliner, and liquid black eyeliner. Apply primer to your eye lids, and under your eyes so it doesn’t smear. Then place your index finger at the corner of your eye and pull down wards. In small strokes take your black liner and apply it to your upper lash line. Then do the same thing to your bottom lash line, but don’t pull down your eye this time. After that you should take the black liquid liner and apply it to your top lash line as thickly as you want, and at the corner lightly flick it upwards. This is called a cat eye and make take a few practice tries. Then apply the white liner to your water-line. Viola`

Oh and put on mascara and add a thick layer of black eyeshadow up to the crease in your eye. It looks like she used the sparkly kind.
