Exercising with a rolled foot

Ok so I rolled my foot in volleyball and its spanged. And I exersise every or every other day and I dont want to go a week or more with out exercising what are some exercises I can do while not hurting my foot

if youre able to lift it easily tey laying on the floor and doing some leg lifts. but you really should stay off it a week or 2, you don’t wanna risk making it worse and having to be off it longer.
