My stomach is the only trouble I have on my body.
"V-Ups" you lay flat on your back and raise your hair above your head so youre laying like an 'l' . then start like a sit up but raise both your lower and upper half up, essentially make a 'V' . they really burn but they work!
Do the sit ups everyday with a proper diet it'll really help.
The proper diet with sit ups is...?
