So I heard from a friend about her super-skinny dancer friend who does (legit) like 500 situps a day. I am 112 lbs... and 5 foot 1... is this insane/unhealthy to do for me?
well it depends on what build you want and what you do for fun.. im a laccrosse player so for me yeah it would be good and healthy for building muscel but if you are a computer geek or someone who does not play sports a lot than no it is not good unless you want to loose weight which I doubt you do since your 101 poulds.

What exercises do you NORMALLY do? And what OTHER exercise does the ''super-skinny dancer friend'' do besides 500 situps?
