What can I eat that's not heavy because I'm going to be going into labor soon?

You say you will be going into labor soon.... is this a guess or are you getting induced? This is a question you need to ask your OBGYN. We have no clue about your daily diet, pregnancy, health issues, ect. We are not certified doctors BUT most OBGYN say ice chips or broth if you are in labor and hungry. If you are not in labor nor being induced you need to eat like a normal person until you go into labor.

You could have a bowel of soup. Something warm, maybe some spicy noodles or you could go for some chicken and potatoes, rice?

i know alot of pregnant women eat ice chips.. i heard it soothes the labor pains.... congrats on the baby!!!!
