When i eat it feel's like my food doesn't go down right and i have indigestion & my stomach start's to hurt?

Is there anyway to releave the pain ?

try eating less, slower, or in smaller amounts per swallow… drinking water with food could also help…

A lot of people don’t realize it when they don’t chew, oddly enough. Just pay close attention to it, that might be it.
