Why does my stomach hurt after I eat ?

Everytime I eat anything except for like a yogurt or like pretzels or something it hurts bad and I feel nauseous . This has been going on for a few months now and I hate being hungry but I hate eating too because it hurts and i dont knoe why…if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated .

If you wait too long to eat and let yourself go hungry for a while when you finally eat its going to cause your stomach to be upset. Instead of eating three meals a day…start eating five or six small meals…it will help. Also make sre your not eating just junk and greasy foods because that doesnt help either. The other cause could be eating too fast or over eating…drin a small glass of water before you eat, and chew your food and take your time eating. Rushing causes stomach pain.

Thanks hunn . I went to the doctor and I found out I have a disease called Colitis but I appreciate your answer ,
