A pan of fried rice (has to be boiled before frying, you can do it whenever there's leftover rice from yesterday) with other fried stuff in it (chicken breast, tomatoes, onion, garlic, ball peppers). Spice it as you like. Done in minutes and very tasty.
Escalloped pasta. Fry ground meat, throw tomato sauce, onion, garlic and spices in pan. Cook pasta. Put pasta in scallop dish, put mozzarella cheese in, pour meat-sauce over pasta, cover with more cheese. Bake.
Steamed salads with molten cheese on it. (Chard is good for this). Needs only salt and some pepper.
Fish. Steam fresh salmon with some salt, pepper and tarragon. Serve with potatoes. Cook skinned potatoes in boiling salt water (medium size potatoes need 20 minutes to be done).
Potato slices. Cut potatoes to quarters, mix olive oil with salt and pepper and other spices if you like. Cover the potatos with that mix. A big paint brush is good for that. Then put potato slices on a baking tray and bake until brown and crispy.
Carrot pasta with a tuna sandwich! Peel the skin off of a couple big carrots and then cut the carrots into strips using your peeler so that it looks like pasta (not strips but I can't think of a better word). Put some olive oil into a pan and put the carrots in. Move them around and cook them until they're soft. While you're doing that, warm up some spaghetti sauce. Once the carrots are done just mix the two :D it's actually good and healthier than pasta. Then just make a normal tuna sandwich. :3
