your subconscious is obviously fixated upon a subject. Seeing as dreams are tangible manifestations of your subconscious, logic would dictate that much of your subconscious is focused on something specific.

this could mean that the person if just a manifestation of an ideal person. from here we can also deduct you are particularistic worried about your relationship at current, and your subconscious could be conveying this.

Yes, and also this. Your subconscious is trying to work out a problem, but it is in symbolic form. It’s not what you are looking at in the dream but the content of the message. What is it trying to say. Your subconscious uses people and object as a form to convey the message, it’s not literal as in real life. You will continue to have the same message dream over and over until you know the answer. Your inner self is worried about something you consciously can’t work out, so the subconscious is trying to handle it. Look at the content and figure out it’s meaning. Once you have translated it’s symbols to actual ideas you then can logically solve the problem. I do this when I can remember a dream when I wake up. I get the answer by using what I said above and I no more have that problem. I then can handle it.

You get lots of different types of dreams and yours falls under the classification of “Recurring Dreams”. Dreams that recur typically happen when you are worried about a situation that isn’t solving itself in waking life. When the trigger in waking life is dealt with, the dreams usually end. Recurring dreams can also occur if you are suffering from some kind of phobia or trauma that has been repressed or not resolved. If this is the case, the unconscious is urging you to consciously recieve and acknowledge the issue and deal with it.

Dreams have many different meanings and many experts have had many different things to say about dreams and how they should be interpreted. The most famous is probably Freud’s and Jung’s theories on dreams. Freud believed that dreams are wish-fulfillment fantasies that have their origins in our infantile urges, in particular our sexual desires. Jung on the other hand believed that there was far more to dreams than hidden sexual frustrations, and put forward the theory of the ‘collective unconscious’: a storehouse of inherited patterns of experiences and instincts common to humans and expressed in dreams in universal symbols.

For instrests sake I’m also going to include an interpretation of your dream with my answer: Kissing can indicate a mark of respect or desire to arouse someone, and that someone might be yourself. According to Jung, the image of kissing in dreams is likely to be rooted in memories of sucking at the mother’s breast. If your sexual needs are repressed or denied, this may manifest in dreams about onanism in an attempt to release sexual energy and comfort yourself.

I know this sound very freaky, but remember that Freud and Jung have ANCIENT views about psychology and what it all intales. Today we ue their theories as the bare basics to problems.

Also your subconscious could be expressing your need or desire to have a guy in your life, or a relationship.
