How can I draw Danny Phantom style?

I’m on a site called devinart (or something like that) and I can’t master it. Anyone here, who draws with the outlining and uses photoshop, please can you help?

I know this may sound bad but when i can’t draw something I trace it to get the feel of it then go free hand it helps it is something I have used to improve my skill and create my own style
