Dear thiru_sadurthi, First you need to be diagnosed with OCD...then you will be able to discuss with your doctor about counselling and medication if needed. These disabilities are no longer such a struggle as they once were. With proper care you can beat it. Sue...good luck
And you may not need meds at all. I have OCD, and live with it just fine. It's the people around me that have to cope more than I do. But, I'm a pretty mild case for the most part. What are your issues?
If it's causing you real problems, you might want to seek medical help. There are meds that can be very effective.
