So you are saying she had a liter of pups? If she did she may have a infection going on and may need antibiotics. What do her breast look like, are they red, hot to the touch? Do you have a digital thermometer? You can put lube on it and place it in her anus. A normal temp is 100.5 to 102.5. Is she still nursing? There are so many questions I could keep asking, So I will wait till you reply or simply say take her to the vet. I know when my Chihuahua was nursing she was so into the puppies I had to bring the food to her and place it in her whelping box for her to eat.

I am sorry I am confused too. I would be glad to help with a little more information. Does she have pups now?

Your Chi can come into heat an est. not getting down to days, every 6 months. Now not all dogs are the same and of course I am not breaking this down to how to count the cycle. If you do not want more pups you do need to get your girl to the Vet and get her spayed.

On food, without more information about what is going on and if you are asking two question or one here. I would like to know how long she has gone without eating? Some dogs will stop eating at times for a day or so, sometimes for no other reason than they have put on too much weight or some minor upset.

I had a Collie/GSD dog that would just stop eating every now and than, for no reason and would do this maybe for 3 days sometimes. I took him to the vet with a stool sample and the Vet ran some test but told me something I never forgot. Some dogs unlike people, have a sense of when to stop eating to keep their weight in check and will do it periodically. Since Clyde did this on a regular bases, every couple of months or so. He was not to concerned, since all test looked good and Clyde looked healthy.

BUT I would check with your Vet. Only you really know your dog and can tell if something is off with her. I would always run a situation like this past my Vet even if it is only a phone call to ask a question and see if there is a reason to be alarmed.
