What's a good dog that will play all the time?

Ohmigod! I went over to my cousins house and He has this cute jack russle terrier, and it plays with you and chases you around! And Its sooo much fun!!! I had a dog but he died and I was really really sad after that, so I need some tips!

WHats a dog that chases you around can be your play mate and plays with you ALL THE TIME!!! (dogs) and it doesn’t need ALL THE TIME ATTENTION! I want it to be my play mate! SO name off some dogs!

And how do I get my parents to let me have one!?

I think you can find this trait in a lot of dogs if you study your breeds and figure out what you really want . A Jack Russel is a very high energy dog. Personally too much for me. Really consider that

I have a Pitbull and she is very playfull and loves attention but she doesnt want it all the time LOL

I also have a tebetan spaniel and she is the same aswell.

To get your parents to let you have one…you just keep telling them you want one…and keep mentioning it everyday. Then keep looking at puppies (the local shelter may have some great playful puppies! :) and pick out wich one you like. Then take your parent (the one that likes dogs the most) and go with him/her to meet the puppy! No one can resist a cute little puppy face! Especially a needy one from a shelter. Your parents will HAVE to say yes! :) …well it worked for me :-p

It’s not only the breed of dog that indicates what it’s personality might be like…You’re saying you want a puppy who is fun and playful, yet isn’t needy…Pick the breed you would like…and when you go to pick out a puppy…take the one who is curious (will walk up to you with no fear)…but doesn’t charge you, or start biting and playing hard at the introduction…You don’t want a pup who sits in the corner, and has to be coaxed…these are some of the personalities you’ll see in a litter of pups…They are not all the same, even if they are the same breed…
