Dog labor

How can I tell if my dog is going into labor? And if another dog(boy dog)snif’s the other dogs (girl dog)butt does that mean she is going into labor?

hi well you will know when she is going to have her pups,She will be stressed,winy,& you should be able to tell if you look into her eyes,she will have a different look in her eyes,she will also try to dig blankets up in her box, & she will pant a lot. I hope I have helped you in this

if your dog is expecting and you have been counting the days from when they first tied. Then around 58 days into gestation I always start taking the females temp. normal is 100.5 102.5 when the go into labor it will drop. always take it two times day at the same time. She may also Nest, digging into blankets or in her whelping box, not eat as much, and she will start to push

No…it means the boy dog is being a boy dog and the girl dog might be in heat.
