Does working out makes your boobs smaller?

Ok, so I’m like 16 years old and I have really small boobs and I’m kinda fat. And I was wondering if working out like doing sit-ups or running makes it smaller? Because I do not want my boobs any smaller…I also want my boobs to grow more and I was wondering if there anything that I can do to make it grow bigger? So if you know anything about this please help. :(

Working out tones your muscles. As boobs are mainly fat, eating healthy and losing weight will take its course there.

However if you aren’t in shape, working out will also help you to lose weight.

I HIGHLY recommend eating right and working out! don’t worry about your boobs. Seriously, because being healthy and fit is good for you and so much more important than big boobs.

Your 16. Let nature take its course. Eat normal in moderation. Exercise and play sports like golf. Walk the course.

well if you are fat they are a bit bigger if you are skinny then they are smaller. So it depends I guess if you are working out.

hmm I think every 20 pounds you lose your boobs get smaller so lose 19 pounds lol umm drink a lot of water eat veg and fruit do an hours exercise so just replace your bad food with healthy food your getting gd fat and shouldnt lose boob weight hehe

Your boobs can decrease in size if your wearing too much padding wile you sweat … its best to wear just a good thin supporting sports bra because girls that wear bras wile they work out will make their boobs sweat which makes them smaller

Honestly Having big boobs isn’t all that great. I’m 16 as well. And i’m actually hoping working out makes mine smaller. I’m pretty sure it does work cause if you burning off fat it would probably make you smaller. however everyone is diffrent so i cannot speak for everyone.
