Does this effect growth of height?

'm a 14 yr. old young male. My height is 5'"5 and I weigh very little. So I've decided to gain weight through lifting weights. I've been lifting 10 pound dumbells and doing hammer curls with them around 200-300 REPS. Will that effect my height if I do that everyday? Between how many pounds of weight can I pick up in order to prevent from stunting my heeight growth?
