Does the more you drink the more you srink diet really work how much watter do you have to drink to lose weight?
no this totally does not work drinking water actually makes you gain water weight and lose water weight which has no affect over your real weight which I think is what you're trying to lose right? water weight is only about 25% of your weight and its easily gained as well lost but it has no long term effect of weight loss. if you want to lose weight you drink special k water which satisfies your hunger for about 4 1/2 hours but still gives you the nutrients you need I lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks with this stuff and haven't gained it back
no. another stupid myth if you already drink water, its not going to help but it helpd your body fuction and helps your skin and other things but if you always drink soda or diet soda and switch to water, it will help because that crap is filled with sugar and other things the body cant process. diets dont work though, you need to stop beleiving everything you hear water is one of lifes necessities, and only if you drink crap most of the time, then will it help you...but not neccessarily to loose weight
Drinking water can make you lose weight. I quit drinking soda and was ONLY drinking water nothing else just water and lost 35 lbs.
If you drink a gallon of water a day is make you really full therefore, you eat less, therefore you lose weight!
