When I started weight watchers I wa 11 and half stone,now im 8 stone!! Its been about 6 years and I have still kept the weight off.To me its not like a diet as no food is banned as everything has a point value so you can eat what you want,its the only diet that has worked for me

My Mother Has Tried Weight Watches She Says It Works But Its Really Slow, Yuu Should Try The Cambridge Diet, She Lost Loads Of Weight With That Diet Like 3 stone In Like A Month Or 2 x

loosing weight quicker will eave you with saggy skin, you will have to balance it out with exercise and toning to avoid that
