Does smoking help you lose weight or make you eat less?
youd have to be an idot to start smoking in hopes of loosing weight it may, due to the fact that it supresses your hunger however you need to learn that cigarettes cause lung cancer as well as numerouse other cancers and diseases it prematuresly ages your skin and face and lowers your life expectancy so f*cking up your health in an attempt to loose weight isnt worth it and it wont work in the long run the only thing that will happen is your skin looking a lot older and your health weakening if your not prepared to put in the effort to loose weight by eating healthy and exerscising regauarly your not commited to it at all and are just looking for a "quick fix" that will never work
Are you planning to start smoking to lose weight!? Because if you are then you must be an idiot (no offense) because even 1 cigarrete can be really bad for your body. They just make you sick and you will probably become a loser. Smoking is just a dumb thing to do.
Smoking makes you eat less because it kills your taste buds and your appetite. It also ruins your hair, teeth, skin, nails and can cause so many diseases. Please don't try it. Just have a balanced diet, drink lots of water and exercise regularly.
depends on how your body reacts to it... but don't smoke for the sake of losing weight... because you might have that model-figure but has lung failure... lol! how was that?! work out the natural way, gal...
