  nah getting it done dosent hurt but... my 2nd one got infected and the ear totally swallowed the earring and I had to have it surgically removed. they had to put an injection into the top of my ear- I hyperventilated, went into shock, fainted 3 times and had to be resuscitated by another nurse.

  lol so think about it before you do it. haha.

  I don't know but when I got the bottom dun again it hurts for like 2 secs, then gets kinda sore 4 2 days, but not so bad
