i am trying to lose some weight, i am 5'4" and i am 125lbs. does anyone have any advice on how to lose at least 8 lbs. i have tried dieting and exercising.

She's right, you are at about your ideal weight. But I think your objective is probably to get rid of fat. You will have to do some serious HEALTHY dieting - that is eating correctly. Eating small meals every 2 hours. Cutting trans fats completely. I reccommend "The Abs Diet". You want to gain muscle and lose fat. Weight training and healthy eating is the way to do it.
Shelly that is like a perfect weight for your body...dont be so crazy. Exercising and dieting are the only safe ways to do it...dont try nothing stupid because chances are you will gain the weight back and then some. Dont worry about it to much though....
