Do you think the city really have a deficit?

Do you think the city really have a deficit they always say that they need to increase the subways and the toll for crossing the bridge but if a million cars have to cross the bridge every day can you imagine how much money the city have every day I dont know why we are so naive to bite that they are going to say the same thing next year . What do you think about this any answer is welcome thank you.

There really is a deficit, but so what? Deficits are caused by spending more than you take in. Outside government, if you want more income, you work harder. For government, when they want more income, we work harder.

Deficits can also be solved by spending less.
